By inputting keywords into their search box, you can have access to an unbelievable amount of information relating to those words. Some of this information includes access to many different search engines, articles, graphics, videos, audio is, maps, and just about anything you can think of.

You will never run out of ideas for things to write articles on when you use Search Automator.

3. Another thing to do is to search some of the blogs of your favorite writers or competitors. Take the time to read some of the comments being posted under the articles in them. You will find this revealing as well as it will spur your mind to come up with the article ideas relating to what people are commenting on.

Many people think of blogging as an excellent source for information, but as an author you can now think of it as an excellent resource for ideas for your next article.

Writer’s block is common and can be frustrating at times. Getting ideas for your next article from these three sources we have listed can be very helpful in overcoming any blocks that you may face in the future.

Writing for Article Directory WebSites: Build Links Now!

Filed under: Article Writing — jmcqueen @ 12:00 am

Writing articles and submitting them to article directory web sites should be project numero uno for you in an attempt to build valuable back links to your web site. I think that most of us would agree that traffic to your site is critical, as it determines the success or failure of your site. After all, what is the use in spending all your time and resources building a web site to settle for second best when it comes to traffic? Writing 500 to 1000 word articles is where the real work in promoting your web site come in to play.

Many webmasters have made it a science to simply rehash what is already available on the web. There are very few original thoughts going around the web today when it comes to site promotion. Link campaigns, article campaigns, blogging, etc. are all ways to get your site name and link in front of people. If our site has something important to sell, then the key is getting as many people to visit as possible. Your teaser articles that circulate on the web will achieve the same result as a killer news headline or advertising campaign. This has been proven thousands of times already. They will lure the reader into reading the rest of your article including the all-important resource box, which contains a link to your site. When the reader clicks to your site, this is the first step to a sale. A well-written and relevant article will achieve its purpose over time, but there is a sense of urgency to begin writing articles today in order to achieve any level of success with your online business.

Well-written articles will quickly get picked up by other webmasters or newsletter owners that will graciously publish your work withing their article directory or ezine. On an important note, in order for your articles to have their desired effect, you need to integrate keywords into your articles that are relevant to your site. This will provide more reference weight in the search engine algorithms, such as Google, Yahoo and MSN. Many webmasters and authors seemingly disregard this when putting together articles and they wonder why their site traffic does not increase on the level of their expectations. Having a link in your resource box at the end of your article simply isn’t good enought anymore. Remembering this will help you stay on topic and write purposefully.

Here is something else to keep in mind. When explaining idea or concept in your articles, you need to write it so that a 9 year old could read it and understand it. This holds true unless your purpose is to write a technical article for a niche market. For the most part, you want to make sure to keep your paragraphs short and direct and your language understandable. Also, write as if you where writing to one person instead of many and feel free to spice up your articles up with a quote or a funny remark. With search engines using the links in your articles as one-way links to your web site, please remember to use different keywords every so often to avoid a form of search engine spam. This refers to using to many of the same keywords throughout the text of your article. I always try to target three to four keywords within each article of, say, 600 to 1000 words.

One idea you might consider is using an article writing software package or a ghost writer to get your campaign started. These are invaluable tools in that they will help you get your articles out in circulation much quicker.

So there you have it! For those of you who have been wanting to know why your traffic is down, or simply not what you are expecting, take some time to write a couple of articles each week and submit them to article directory web sites. It only takes a minute to register with them and the results, at times, can be overwhelming. Remember, your articles do not need to be flashy or brilliant. They just need to contain proper English with no spelling or grammatical mistakes, using the keywords you have chosen for your topic that are pertinent to the content of your site page. Good luck and please let me know if you have any questions, and by all means, visit our article directory website.

Writing Articles… An Enjoyable Pastime

Filed under: Article Writing — grooveman @ 12:00 am

For those looking for a fun and rewarding hobby, or for those looking to increase traffic to their websites, writing articles can be a fun and rewarding experience.

If you have knowledge of the subject you plan to write about then you may be able to write an entire article without utilizing any other references.

If you do not possess that in-depth knowledge of the subject then Google is your friend.
You don’t need a Masters degree in the particular subject you are writing about; just a general knowledge of the subject matter and some time spent researching the topic.
Spend some time on the internet doing research, just be careful not to steal anyone else’s work and call it your own.

Writing articles gives you a sense of accomplishment. Seeing your article in print or published to so many websites gives you a sense of satisfaction of having accomplished something useful, which others may find informative as well.
Also, for creating traffic and exposure to your website, writing articles is a very effective means of promotion.

For example, if you have a website about dogs, then write an article related to that subject. The article should contain useful information, or you can write about some of your own personal experiences.
Then just add your site links in the body of the article, or in the Authors resource box.

Whatever you decide to write about just be sure to do a little research and write something that will be interesting and informative for the reader.
You will then be seen as somewhat of an expert in the subject matter, even if you may not necessarily be.

After you have written your article then you will want to submit it to your favorite article sites or blogs. You may submit the article to as many sources as you are inclined to.
For maximum exposure the article may also be submitted to many social bookmarking sites such as Digg, Technorati, and many others.
You may also utilize the services of a publishing agent if you decide to try and get the article in print.

If you are writing the article purely for fun then you may only wish to submit it to a few places. On the other hand if you are using this article as a method for creating traffic for your website, then you will want to submit it to as many sources as possible.

Whatever your motives are, writing articles can be a rewarding and enjoyable experience.

Research Paper Writing Becomes Outsourced For College Students

Filed under: Article Writing — Chris Channing @ 4:58 pm
by Chris Channing

Custom essay writing services aren’t new to college students- but what is new is the fact that obtaining them has become increasingly easy. What’s more is the fact that some companies even specialize in confidentiality agreements- meaning there is no possibility of violating school rules. Should students trust and use these resources, or are they even worth the time and money students are so short on?

Where College Students Get Research Papers

Custom writing services now litter the Internet as we know it. College students will be sifting through hundreds of results, picking the service that best suits them and their needs.

So how does one find the best service? It takes a little work to sift through the same recycled databases of term papers that thousands of college students are using worldwide. Finding a truly unique custom term paper resource should be a student’s first goal in the matter.

The good services will usually charge more- this is a good way to find out the best service available. The services that offer lower rates will commonly reuse old essays or even poorly reword them to pass them off as unique.

A new type of service being offered by quality essay creation services can help save the academic career of students. This new service deals with confidentiality- in which case records of the purchase are nullified and there is no way to trace the student’s purchase back to the essay creation service.

Ethics In Custom Term Papers

Custom term papers should not ethically be used as they are obtained. Instead, it is best to use custom essays as a study guide for writing your own paper. This way, there is no possible chance in getting nailed for cheating, and most of the work is done for you.

Of course, some essay creation services guarantee the uniqueness of the essay. If that is paired with a confidential agreement, there is already no possible way to get caught. In that instance, students commonly use the custom essay as is. In many cases this can serve emergency situations, but it is ethically immoral to rely on services such as this without doing some of the work by one’s self.

Education is something that takes work- and relying on a custom essay creation service doesn’t always help in the process. Students should realize that relying on these services is perfectly fine, but only if they are learning something from the process. Using the essays as study guides, for instance, is a great way to get help and learn from it too.

Including everything in the process of obtaining custom essays, finding the right service can be the most time consuming. Obviously, this is an important factor in the process and should be considered before making impulse decisions.

Why Information is Key for Successful Article Marketing

Filed under: Article Writing — tkelly @ 12:00 am

The whole reason webmasters and business owners use article marketing is to plug their website and get a higher click through rate. What some people don’t realize at first is that you can’t outright talk about your business or products within the body of an article that you are submitting to an article directory. The body of the article needs to remain strictly informational.

An article must provide information that is useful to a reader; information beyond introducing a company, website, product or service. Article marketing is about educating readers, rather than making a sale. For example, if you sell lawn care products on your website, write an article about the seven steps to a healthy lawn, instead of writing about the lawn care products you carry.

Publishers Don’t Want Promotional Articles

Publishers are often overwhelmed with articles that contain promotional plugs and ads, and will reject articles that point to an external source unless it’s in the resource (About the Author) box. They don’t have the time to sort through every article and remove embedded links and lengthy sales pitches.

Remember, publishers are looking for informative content for their readers. They do not want articles that promote a particular business or website. This type of thing greatly limits the number of times it is published anywhere else.

Try to answer questions about your area of interest and develop a reputation as a subject matter expert. Show readers that you really know your stuff and they will come to you when they need something. Save the promotional stuff for your About the Author box.

The Purpose of Content for Article Directories

You might wonder where your articles go once they are submitted to an article directory. The truth is that the better the article, the more places it will end up. You have to follow a few simple rules in order to get your article picked up by a wide variety of publishers though. First you need to remember the purpose of the content article. Keep your focus on providing quality information to your target audience about your niche topic. Never stray from your topic or give in to the temptation to plug your own business within the article.

Even though you can put links within the article, all self-promoting information can be plugged into the about the author box when you’re submitting to a directory. The good news is that that information is also carried with your article where ever it is posted on the Internet.

The whole idea behind writing articles and submitting them to directories is to sell with the information and really knocked our socks off. If you do a good job and you really catch their interests, they will click on your website link and that’s where you can give them a hard sell on your products or services.

Write an Outstanding “About the Author” Box

Filed under: Article Writing — tkelly @ 12:00 am

As a writer getting started in article marketing, you’ll need to learn the basics of how to write an outstanding “about the author” box. What is an “about the author” Box?

When you submit an article to a directory for article distribution, you will be given the option of placing information in the section below the body of your article. This portion of the article is called the “about the author” box.

Since most article distribution sites place high priority on SEO articles and frown upon self-serving articles, they use a separate box to provide contact information “about the author”. The purpose of this box is for writers to provide a link to their website.

What Makes an Outstanding “about the author” Box?

You need to know exactly what to put in your “about the author” box, as well as what not to put in it. The most important things to include in this box are your name, your credentials and a relevant link. The links don’t need to take your customers directly to your home page. A good idea is to place one homepage link and one link to a page that is relevant to the article you are submitting for article distribution.

The key to writing an outstanding “about the author” box is to keep your focus. Write an entirely new “about the author” box for each article you submit. Write the information in the resource box so that complements the information in the body of the article itself. The idea behind article marketing is that your article is picked up by many different publishers and it is marketed towards the target audience. Potential customers will be able to read on your niche topic, already interested in the topic and services you offer. It is your job to entice them to click on your links. As long as you stay focused and provide the most relevant information and links, you will come across as an expert in your field. Customers will be more likely to visit your site.

On the other hand, it’s not a good idea to fill the “about the author” box with personal details or irrelevant information. Links to articles or websites that do not directly relate to the topic of the article you are submitting must be avoided.

SEO and Article Marketing

You may not realize it, but the information you placing in the “about the author” box when you submit an article to a directory is also picked up by search engines. For this reason, it’s not only important to write SEO articles, but to include it in your “about the author” box that will help your articles get attention. You can build relevance with search engines by creating a new “about the author” box with each article you write for distribution. Sure, it’s less work to copy and paste the same information in all of your “about the author” boxes, but you are missing out on search engine traffic being directed to your site if you submit an SEO article without paying attention to the “about the author” box.

Writing an outstanding “about the author” box is a tactic used in article marketing to increase article distribution, maximize the search potential of your SEO articles and successfully build back links to your site.

How to Write Articles for Profit

Filed under: Article Writing — comlev @ 12:00 am

Writing articles for online profit is something of a trend these days. It is good that people are realizing the importance of literature, not only on the Internet but also in business.

Maybe you haven’t heard of it yet, but writing articles for online web sites is one of the best and cheapest ways to pull traffic into your web site.

By submitting articles that you write to various article banks in the net, there is the possibility that these articles are published in different sites, publicizing you as well as your site in those sites as well.

For you to fully understand this, you first need to know what article banks are. Article banks are article storage sites that allow other people to freely use the articles you write on their website.

The beneficial part of this free redistribution, is you get to advertise, or plug in your web address, either in the body of the article itself or at the about author part of the article.

There are several free and paid article banks out there on the net. If you’re aiming for super frugal, then it is suggested that you get on those free article banks. However, if you want your articles taken care of and constantly circulated in the net, you may want to access the pay sites.

There are three ways in which your article can promote your website for you. And remember, more traffic gives you more chances of a business transaction through your web site.

1. You hang on to the popularity of other web sites

When people browse through a popular web site, they usually stay longer. Just imagine if your article was published in a popular website. It’s more likely that your article will be read, and your little advertisement back at the about the author part of the article gets exposed.

2. You jump onto the article bank bandwagon

As mentioned earlier, putting your articles on article banks gives you the opportunity to sow the seeds of exposure for your web site. And exposure transfers to traffic, traffic transfers to profits.

3. Search engine traffic

When your article is on a website, search engine spiders will crawl all over them, them ore exposed your article is in the website that it is published in, the easier it will be for search engines to find it. Plus if the site that your article is published in is credible enough and search engine optimized, then your article will more likely be exposed.

Now that you know how you can earn a lot with article writing, maybe now you can finally proceed to writing your very own article.

So how should you go about writing your article?

First thing you should remember is that what you’re writing is Internet content. Internet people are not as patient as newspaper people.

It doesn’t have to be a full scientific dissertation, nor something for a novel. Internet articles should be direct to the point and as news writers say, remember to KISS. Keep It Short Stupid! Well a less insulting acronym to that would be Keep It Short and Simple.

Each paragraph of an Internet article should consists of only 2-3 sentences, four at most.

Do not use long winding sentences that do not say anything, because once your reader hits a little snag, then chances are he’ll give up on reading it all together. And you don’t want that, you want him to read it to the end, to the part where he sees your website.

Don’t make your article sound like something out of a salesman’s mouth. People are apprehensive about sales people and you don’t want them to think that of you. Of course your main aim is to sell, but that is the job of your website. All you want with an article is to expose your web site.

Finally, the most important part of your article, would be that tiny little advertisement that you enter at the about the author part of the article. Put a little slogan, a few words in length. Make it catchy something that would embed itself in the readers mind, so that in his blank hours, all he would be able to think about would be your catch phrase.

Now that you know how, you know why and you know where, you can write your articles and benefit from the profits.
