Over the last few months you have worked hard to get a flat stomach and shed the pounds - and it’s paying off. 4. No More Cardios : When it comes to burning body fat, it is less effective than interval training. And most likely you will see very little fat loss results wiht cardio. If you want to get rid of belly fat fast, and save time away from home, look at a combination of challenging strength training and high intensity interval training. Also studies have shown that interval training can lead to a spot reduction of belly fat. That’s something that no amount of abdominal training can do! Therefore, start working out with quick bursts of exercise with resistance training and interval training to get rid of belly fat.
5. Vary Your Diet and Exercise program periodically. Look at changing both programs on a monthly basis to reduce to the possiblity of hittng a plateau. Small changes, such as increasing the intensity level or mixing up the meals can make a huge difference to your fat loss.
